摘要目前临床AD治疗药物主要基于疾病相关的神经递质紊乱,具有一定的症状改善效果。主要对临床应用的各类药物的适应证、效力、长期治疗效果、不良反应、联合用药等进行比较分析,并探讨合理的临床用药策略。
