摘要
介绍了机械蒸发(MVC)-离子交换(DI)铵回收工艺的原理及相关技术参数,该技术解决了常规渗滤液处理技术能耗高的问题,在去除氨氮的同时,实现铵盐的回收利用,具有流程简单、占地少、运行费用低等优点。工程出水水质良好,达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)和广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)第二时段一级排放标准要求。
This paper introduced the mechanical vaporize compression (MVC)-deionization ionexchange (DI) ammonium recycling process principle and related technical parameters. By employing the technology, the high energy consumption problem in conventional landfill leachate treatment was solved; meanwhile, the using of MVC-DI could both remove the nitrate nitrogen and recycle the ammonium. This process was simple, small floor coverage, and low cost. The effluent water quality could meet the discharge standard specified in the "Standard for pollution control on the landfill site of municipal solid waste (GB 16889--2008)" and the second time section first stage discharge standards in Guangdong Province local standards of "Discharge limits of water pollutants"(DB 44/26--2001).
