摘要 通过对QJ3074—1998中的测试原理和测试夹具的改进,提高了四探针法线材电阻率测试仪的测试精度并拓宽了测试范围,获得了试验验证。通过试样长度对测试结果的影响及试验条件对测试结果的影响等试验,系统评价表征了各种碳纤维的电阻率,为建立碳纤维电阻率测试方法标准奠定了重要的技术和数据基础。 By improving testing principle and testing tongs in QJ3074—1998,,the testing accuracy of four probe method for electric resistivity of wire materials was raised and the testing scope was widened.Through the experiments of the effect of sample length and testing conditions on the testing results,the electric resistivity of various carbon fibers is characterized systematically and that laid an important technical foundation for establishing standard of the testing method of electric resistivity for carbon fibers.
