摘要
目的 :为了在缩小乳房同时切除乳腺疾病易患部位和对下垂乳房行垂直悬吊。方法 :依据中国妇女发育的特点 ,采用乳房雁形切口、中下真皮腺体蒂[1] ,自 1994年以来为 16例中度乳房肥大伴乳腺增生症的患者施行乳房缩小整形术。结果 :术后全部患者乳房肿块及疼痛症状消失 ,无乳头、乳晕并发症 ,感觉正常 ,形态良好。结论 :应用“雁形”切口行缩乳整形术 ,即对乳房做了整形又切除了乳腺疾病罹患部位 ,达到美容治疗双重效果 ,此术式简单易行 ,无垂直瘢痕 ,值得推广。
Objective:This operation method was to cut the sickly tissue and hang the mamma while reducing them.Methods:Since 1994,according to the character of Chinese women,we operated to reduce and hang sixth patients middling hypertrophy mamma adopted to the mamma cut like wild goose,middle below corium and gland pedicel.Results:All lumps dispeared and there are no neopathy of nipple and mamma areolata.The sensitivity is normal and the aspect is better.Conclusion:This operation can achieve two effects:hairdressing and treatment this method is easy and not verticle scar.
