摘要
农药残留检测过程中基质效应现象是影响定量准确度的关键因素之一,会对某些待测物的准确定量与定性造成影响,建立分析方法之前,必须要对待测物进行基质效应的评估。对农药残留分析中基质效应的涵义、表征、影响因素及补偿措施进行了总结,重点对基质匹配标准校正和分析物保护剂的应用等补偿与校正措施进行了阐述。
Matrix-induced-effect is one of main sources of uncertainty in multiresidue analytical methods, and would have some impact on quantification and identification of certain susceptive analytes. The influence of co-extractives from some used matrices to the analyte responses must be evaluated prior to development and validation of analytical method. Based on previous research, the progress of matrix-effect were summed up, including the meaning, expression, influence factors and compensation, with emphasis on the strategies for compensation and correction of matrix effect, such as matrix-matched standard calibration and analyte protectants.
