摘要
目的:研究膀胱尿路上皮癌中Snail与E-cadherin的表达,并探讨其与膀胱癌复发的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法,检测40例膀胱尿路上皮癌组织和20例癌旁组织中Snail、E-cadherin的表达情况,并分析与临床病理资料的关系。结果:膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中Snail的阳性率(80%)显著高于癌旁组织(45%)(P<0.05),Snail的表达与膀胱尿路上皮癌不同临床分期、病理分级、肿瘤数量、远处转移及复发有关(P<0.05);膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中E-cadherin的阳性率(27.5%)显著低于癌旁组织(65%)(P<0.05),E-cadherin的表达与膀胱尿路上皮癌不同临床分期、病理分级、肿瘤数量及远处转移有关(P<0.05)。膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中Snail与E-cadherin的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:Snail高表达及E-cadherin低表达与膀胱尿路上皮癌的浸润和转移密切相关,Snail有可能作为膀胱尿路上皮癌复发的重要生物学标志。
Objective:To investigate the expression of Snail and E-cadherin in bladder urothelial carcinoma and evaluate their relationships with tumor recurrence.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Snail and E-cadherin proteins in 40 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma tissue and 20 cases of the para-cancerous mucosa.Results:The positive rate of Snail in bladder urothelial carcinoma was 80%,which was significantly higher than that in para-cancerous mucosa(45%,P 0.05).The expression of Snail was significantly related with the differential clinical stage,pathological degree,tumor quantity,distant metastasis and tumor recurrence(P 0.05).The positive rate of E-cadherin in bladder urothelial carcinoma was 27.5%,which was significantly lower than that in para-cancerous mucosa(65%,P 0.05).The expression of E-cadherin was significantly related with the differential clinical stage,pathological degree,tumor quantity and distant metastasis(P 0.05).There was negative correlation between expression of Snail and E-cadherin in bladder urothelial carcinoma.Conclusion:The high expression of Snail and low expression of E-cadherin in bladder urothelial carcinoma are involved in the processes of invasion and metastasis of bladder urothelial carcinoma.Snail might be important biological marker for recurrence of bladder urothelial carcinoma.
