摘要
高校人事制度改革作为关乎我国高等教育事业发展成败的关键因素之一,在思想观念和切实利益方面带给高校教职工以巨大冲击。而作为教职工自愿结合的群众组织,履行好高校工会的职能,对于解决高校人事制度改革与教职工承受能力之间的矛盾方面,起到非常重要的正向促进作用。
The personnel system reform of universities and colleges is a key factor which related to the success of development of higher education.The reform brought tremendous impact on ideas and interests of faculty members.Trade union can ease the contradiction between the reform and the tolerance ability of faculty members,and play a very important role of promoting reform.
