摘要
近年来,计算流体力学(CFD)技术已经成功地运用于数值模拟离心泵内部湍流流动。文章以型号为300S19双吸式离心泵为研究对象,使用FLUENT软件分别计算了多种不同工况条件下的双吸泵内部流场,并在原半螺旋吸水室的基础上进行改进,分别测试了在直锥型,鹅颈弯管型吸水室的各工况的内部流场,从而得到大比转速双吸泵理想的吸水室形状。
Recently,computational fluid dynamics(CFD) analysis has been sucessfully used to numerical simulate the three-dimensional turbulent flow of a centrifugal pump.Taking 300s19 double suction centrifugal pump as a study object,the paper carried out the calculations for a double suction pump′s inner flow field under different working conditions with FLUENT software code,and improved based on original semi-spiral suction chamber,respectively tested inner flow fields of other suction chamber,such as right cone suction chamber,siphon suction chamber,thus obtained ideal suction chamber shape of high special speed double suction pump.
