摘要
基于有限元分析软件DEFORM对高速斜角切削进行数值模拟,得到切削速度、进给量、背吃刀量、刃倾角等对切削加工的影响规律及切削力的预测模型,并应用MATLAB软件中的遗传算法与直接搜索工具箱对切削加工用量进行多目标多约束优化。试验所得数据为高速切削加工工艺参数的合理选择提供了参考和依据。
Based on finite element analysis software DEFORM for high-speed oblique cutting numerical simulation,the paper obtained the influence pattern of cutting speed,feed rate,back engagement,blade angle etc on cutting process and the cutting force prediction model.The cutting parameters were multi-target multi-constrain optimized with applying the genetic algorithm and direct search toolbox in MATLAB.The experiment data will be used to reasonably select the high-speed cutting process parameters.
