摘要
目的探索制备快速、稳定可靠的动脉粥样硬化家兔模型。方法采用高脂饲料喂养与免疫损伤相结合的方法建立家兔动脉粥样硬化模型。于第10周末颈动脉取血测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的含量,并作形态学观察。结果饲养10周后,模型组血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白含量(LDL)显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。模型组主动脉内壁肉眼及光镜下均可见典型动脉粥样斑块。结论高脂饲料喂养加免疫损伤法可以快速短期内成功复制出动脉粥样硬化模型。
Objective To research a method make the quick,stable and reliable atherosclerosis(AS) rabbit model.Method The atherosclerosis rabbit model were established by feeding high fat food combined immune injury.The blood collection from the carotid arteries,and the total cholesterol(TC),triglyeride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL) and low density lipoprotein(LDL)were detected and observed in the aorta's morphology after 10 weekstesting.Results The TC,TG,HDL and LDL in model group significantly increased(P 0.01).And the typical atherosclerosis mottling in aorta lumen in model group under macrography and optical microscope were visible.Conclusion High fat food combined immune injury is effective to establish atherosclerosis rabbit model in short term.
