摘要
天车是安装在井架顶部的定滑轮组,与游车用钢丝绳联系组成一套滑轮系统,它承受最大钩载和快绳、死绳的拉力,并把这些载荷传递到井架和底座上.本文以7000m钻机的天车TC450为例,对天车滑轮轴、快绳轴及天车的关键焊缝进行了强度分析.
The crown block is one pair of fixed pulleys which is mounted on the top of the mast,which is contacted with the traveling block to be one pulley system. The pulley system can sustain the maximum hook load,the pulling force of fast line and the pulling force of dead line. And the pulley system can deliver these loads to the mast and the sub-base. In this paper,we take the TC450 crown block of 7000 meters drilling rig for example,and carry out an intension analysis of the pulley shaft and fast-line shaft of the crown block. Besides,the intension of the crucial welding seam of the crown block is analyzed.
