摘要
提出了基于SIMOTION的吊舱式电力推进系统。通过SIMOTION的硬件SINAMICS和软件SCOUT对吊舱式电力推进系统进行了组态与设计,应用直接转矩控制技术,获得精确和平滑的转速控制,最小的转矩脉动,以至最小的机械磨损。在实验室条件下,实现了基于SIMOTION的半潜船吊舱式电力推进半实物仿真。结果表明,SIMOTION吊舱式电力推进具有更高的可靠性和更好的动态性能。
The control scheme of podded electric propulsion system (PEPS) based on SIMOTION is proposed in this paper. PEPS was configured and designed with hardware SINAMICS and software SCOUT of SIMOTION, the technology of direct torque control is applied to obtain accurate and smooth speed control and minimum torque ripple, leading to minimal mechanical wear. The hardware-in-loop simulation of PEPS for semi-submerging ship based on SIMOTION under laboratory conditions is established, the results show that it has higher reliability and better dynamic performance.
