摘要
研究了镁铝混合金属氧化物(LDO)对纸浆中胶粘物的吸附行为,考察了吸附时间、镁铝摩尔比等对其吸附作用的影响。结果表明:镁铝混合金属氧化物对纸浆中胶粘物具有良好的吸附能力。X射线衍射分析结果表明,水滑石与镁铝混合金属氧化物对胶粘物的吸附机理不同。4次回收重复利用的LDO对胶粘物的去除率仍为80%以上。
This paper focuses on the use of LDO for treating stickies from paper furnishes based on the adsorption principle.The experimental results show that Mg-Al-oxide has an excellent performance in adsorbing pitch substances.X-ray diffraction examination show that the mechanisms of pitch substances adsorption on layered double hydroxide for LDO are different from Mg-Al-oxide.LDO can be recovered and reused for adsorption of the stickies.
