摘要
我国高校科技创新成果产业化与国外相比存在着转化率低、转化效益差等种种问题,这些问题的出现及解决都与我国相关的法律政策密切联系。当前我国对科技创新成果产业化尤其是对高校科技创新成果产业化的法律支持与保护还比较脆弱。
China＇s science and technology innovation achievements in industry compared with foreign countries there is low conversion rate into the problems of poor efficiency, and solve these problems associated with the legal policy of close ties. The current scientific and technological innovation in China, especially the industrialization of scientific and technological innovation of university industry support and protection of the law is relatively weak.
