未熟烃源岩低温催化单一酯与混合酯水解和生烃反应比较

Comparison of the hydrolysis and hydrocarbon generation reactions of single ester with mixed ester catalyzed by immature source rocks at low temperature

摘要 选取胜利和江汉2个油田的未熟烃源岩为催化剂,以单一的十四烷酸甲酯、十六烷酸甲酯和十八烷酸甲酯以及它们的混合酯为模型反应物,分别进行相同条件下低温催化混合酯的水解及生烃模拟实验.结果表明:江汉、胜利2种未熟烃源岩低温催化单一酯的水解反应,水解率从大到小的顺序为:十四烷酸甲酯,十六烷酸甲酯,十八烷酸甲酯,而催化混合酯水解率大小则相反.催化单一酯与混合酯的生烃反应,生烃率从大到小的顺序均为:十八烷酸甲酯,十六烷酸甲酯,十四烷酸甲酯.由于混合酯中各种酯在未熟烃源岩表面上存在着催化活性位的竞争吸附,混合脂肪酸酯的水解率及生烃率都较单一脂肪酸酯的水解率及生烃率低. The simulation hydrolysis and hydrocarbon generation experiments of single esters of methyl myristate,methyl hexadecanoate and methyl octadecanoate and their mixed ester catalyzed by two kinds of immature source rock from Shengli and Jianghan Oilfields separately are carried out under the same low temperature.The results show that,the order of the hydrolysis rates of the single esters from big to small is methyl myristate,methyl hexadecanoate and methyl octadecanoate,while the order of their hydrolysis rates in the mixed ester is inversed.And the order of the hydrocarbon generation rates of the single esters is the same as that of them in the mixed ester,the order is methyl octadecanoate,methyl hexadecanoate and methyl myristate from big to small.And there is competitive adsorption of catalytic active site among various fatty acid esters in the mixed ester,and therefore,the hydrolysis rate and hydrocarbon generation rate of the mixed fatty acid ester are lower than those of the single esters.
