摘要
介绍了按需出版的内涵、特征以及按需出版在国内外发展的简况,就其对图书馆的积极影响作了分析,指出按需出版模式下的文献采访对策为:正视按需出版对文献采访的影响,合理利用不同的文献采访渠道,调整图书馆文献采访相关政策,创新文献采访的技术与方法,提高采访人员的基本素质。
An overview of on-demand publishing content,features and on-demand publishing profiles of development at home and abroad on its positive impact on libraries are analyzed,pointing out that on-demand publishing model literature acquisition strategy as follows： face on-demand publishing of the literature interview with the impact of rational use of different document acquisition channels,adjust the Libraries interviews related policies,innovative technologies and methodologies for the interview literature,interviews with staff to improve the basic quality.
