摘要
目的研究鹅不食草总黄酮的提取精制工艺,并探讨其抑瘤活性。方法采用正交实验优化乙醇提取工艺条件,同时采用大孔树脂、有机溶剂萃取、聚酰胺色谱等方法对总黄酮粗提物进行精制。最后采用灌胃给药法研究鹅不食草总黄酮的抑瘤效果。结果正交实验确定总黄酮最优提取条件:70%乙醇提取2次,每次2h,溶剂用量为8倍量。精制后总黄酮含量达到76·2%。此外,鹅不食草总黄酮对S180实体瘤抑瘤率达到71·92%。结论鹅不食草总黄酮提取与精制工艺简便、安全、可行。鹅不食草总黄酮对S180实体瘤有明显的抑制作用。
Objective To research the Extraction and purification process of total flavonoids in Centipeda minima(L.)A.Br.et Aschers,and investigate its antitumor activity. Methods Optimize the ethanol extraction process, while using macroporous resin, organic solvent extraction and polyamide chromatography method extracts of total flavonoids was refined. Finally using intragastric administration method to research the antitumor effect of total flavonoids. Results According orthogonal experiment to determine the optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids was 70% of ethanol,2 times, each time 2 h, 8 times the amount of solvent. Up 762% content after Refined total flavonoids. In addition, Centipeda minima(L.)A.Br.et Aschers. flavonoids on S180 solid tumor inhibition rate was 7192%. Conclusion The extraction and purification process is simple, safe and feasible. Centipeda minima(L.)A.Br.et Aschers. flavonoids on S180 solid tumors significantly inhibited.
