摘要
由于汽包水位测量筒应用连通器原理,汽包内水温高于测量筒内的水温,因此测得的水位较实际值低,影响锅炉的正常运行,提出了一种水位测量筒的改进形式,利用测量筒内样水的循环,提高样水的温度,从而提高汽包水位测量的准确度;详细介绍了新型电接点测量筒的功能及特点。
Since drum level meter adopts the principle of connecting vessels,and the water temperature in drum is generally higher than in level meter,so measured data of water level are often much lower than actual ones,which may do harm to normal operation of a boiler.An improved water level meter is proposed,in which the sample water temperature is to be promoted by water circulation.This may help to raise the precision of drum level measurement.Functions and features of the new electric confact meter are being presented in detail.
