摘要
目的建立甲亢大鼠动物模型,探讨甲状腺功能亢进状态下,牙槽骨密度的变化,为临床甲亢患者的正畸治疗提供理论依据。方法采用优甲乐灌胃28d建立甲亢大鼠模型。建模后,分甲亢组和对照组大鼠检测下牙槽骨骨密度。结果甲亢组大鼠下牙槽骨骨密度低于对照组(P<0.01),股骨骨密度低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论甲状腺功能亢进状态下牙槽骨骨密度、骨代谢、均低于正常,甲状腺功能亢进状态下牙槽骨密度降低。
Objective To study the thyroid function hyperfunction condition,the tooth socket bone density's change by established hyperthyroid rats model,thus providing the theory basis for the clinical orthodontic.Methods Uses euthyrox gastry lavage 28d establishment hyperthyroid rats model.After the modelling,divides the hyperthyroid group and under the control group rats examination the tooth socket bone bone density.Results Under the hyperthyroid rats the tooth socket bone bone density is lower than the control group(P〈0.01),the thighbone bone density is lower than the control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion Under the thyroid function hyperfunction condition the tooth socket bone bone density,bone metabolism,are lower than normally,under the thyroid function hyperfunction condition the tooth socket bone density reduces.
