摘要
构建高校绩效工资体系必须以高校的发展战略为基本导向,传递核心价值观,以建立激励机制为出发点,妥善处理好公平与效率的关系,科学合理地确定绩效工资的构成和标准,以进一步深化高校收入分配制度改革。富有激励作用的绩效工资体系,有助于理顺高校分配关系并激发教职工的积极性和创造性,有助于吸引高层次人才并防止骨干人才流失,从而提高高校核心竞争力。
The construction of performance pay system should be guided by the development strategy of the university and express the core value,starting form the establishing of incentive system,properly dealing with the relationship between fairness and efficiency,scientifically and rationally determining the composition and standard of performance pay,to further the university income distribution system.The performance pay system full of incentive helps to straighten out the pay distribution among the university faculties and stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity,and helps to attract high-level personnel and prevent the loss of key personnel,thus the core competitiveness of universities can be enhanced.
