摘要 [目的]建立支持向量回归分光光度法同时测定苋菜红和果绿的模型。[方法]在波长300.0600.0 nm,测定了苋菜红和果绿2种色素混合溶液的吸光度,采用支持向量回归(SVR)方法进行建模,建立了支持向量回归分光光度法同时测定苋菜红和果绿的方法,并对模拟样品进行了测定。[结果]光谱扫描结果表明,2种色素的吸收光谱相互重叠且有较大差异。在300.0-600.0 nm,苋菜红和果绿均有较大吸收。苋菜红和果绿的平均回收率分别为99.996%和99.263%,说明该方法的加和性良好。模拟样品中2种色素的平均回收率分别为98.997%和99.676%。[结论]该试验建立了支持向量回归分光光度法同时测定苋菜红和果绿的模型,达到了预期目的。 [Objective] The purpose of the study was to establish the simultaneous determination model of amaranth and fruit green based on support vector regression(SVR) spectrophotometry.[Method] In the wavelength range of 300.0-600.0 nm,the absorbance of mixed solution of the 2 pigments amaranth and fruit green was determined and the SVR method was used to establish model.Then the method of simultaneously determining amaranth and fruit green by SVR spectrophotometry was established and the simulated samples were determined.[Result] The spectro-scanning results showed that the absorption spectrums of the 2 pigments were overlapped and had greater difference.Both amaranth and fruit green had greater absorbance in the wavelength range of 300.0-600.0 nm.The average recoveries of amaranth and fruit green were 99.996% and 99.263% resp.,indicating that this method had good additivity.Their average recoveries in simulated samples were 98.997% and 99.676% resp.[Conclusion] The simultaneous determination model of amaranth and fruit green based on SVR spectrophotometry was established through this experiment and the expecting purpose was achieved.
