摘要
目的建立同时分离测定痕量铅的方法。方法利用微波消解系统直接火焰原子分光光度法测定。结果该方法的回收率范围是97.5%~102%,相对标准偏差小于10%。结论该方法用于深海鱼油胶囊中痕量铅检出,具有简单、快速、准确等优点。
[Objective]To establish a method for separation and determination of trace lead.[Methods]The microwave digestion system-direct flame atomic spectrophotometry was adopted for determination.[Results]The recovery range was 97.5% ~ 102%,relative standard deviation was less than 10%[Conclusion]This method is simple,rapid and accurate,and suitable for determination of trace lead in deep seal fish oil.
