摘要
目的：为观察雷公藤多甙片伍用小剂量强的松（治疗组３５例）治疗肾病综合征的疗效；方法：与常规量激素及／或免疫抑制剂治疗３５例为对照组；雷公藤多甙２０ｍｇ，３次／ｄ；强的松０．７ｍｇ／ｋｇ．ｄ诱导缓解后渐减量以１０～１５ｍｇ／ｋｇ．ｄ维持，疗程６～１２个月；结果：治疗组与对照组缓解、有效、无效、总有效率分别为１６、１４例，１２、１３例，７、８例，８０％、７７．１％，两组比较无显著差异ｐ＞０．０５）；但治疗组副作用明显少于对照组；结论：雷公藤多甙伍用小剂量激素治疗肾病综合征疗效较好、副作用较少，是值得进一步试用的方法。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of tripterygium wilfordii hook f with small dozes of prednisone to treat nephrotc syndrom.Method:With the 35 cases treatment of normal dozes of hormone and/or immunity inhibitors as the comparison group ,Use tripterygium wilfordii hook f 20mg,three times a day ;prednisone 0.7mg/kg.d.After the guide release,decrease the dozes to the maintainment dozes of 10～15mg/d.The treatment period is 6～12 months.Result:The ratio of release ,validlity,invalidity and total effective rate of the treatment group and comparison group are respectively 16、14、12、13、7、8 and 80%、70%.There is no obvious difference between them(p≥0.05).But the side effects of the treatment group are greatly less than those of the comparison group.Conclusion:Tripterygium wilfordii hook f with small dozes of prednisone to treat nephrotic syndrom has the relatively good treatment effect and less side effect.It is worthy of further adoption.
