摘要
目的：探索宫颈癌放疗中癌细胞凋亡的细胞学形态变化以及凋亡指数与预后关系；方法：检测３０例有复查资料的宫颈癌放疗１周（１０ＧＹ）时阴道涂片做凋亡癌细胞计数及预后对照；结果：复发组凋亡细胞指数＜５者占６６．７％，＞１０者占１１．１％。未复发组＜５者占９．５％，＞１０者占６１．９％；结论：宫颈癌放疗早期（１０Ｇ６）时阴道细胞学提示，凋亡癌细胞高指数者（＞１０）放疗预后好，而低指放数者（＜５）者放疗后易在短期内复发。
Objective:Exploation the relationship between cytological exponent of cancer cells apoptosis prognosis.Methods:Delectid thirty ovaginal smear to count of apoptosis cancer cell and prognosis contrast the vagina smear are got rfom cervical cancinomas disition with Wexamination radio therapicet for one week.Results:Cytological exponent of cancer cells apolosis in relapse less than five is 66.7% more than ten is 11.1% cycological exponent less than five is 9.5% more than ten is 61.9%.Conclusion:In the early period of cervical carcinoma radiotherapied colpocytolugy phaniced those whose colpocyloloby of cancer cells apoptosis are high radiotherapy prognosis well while those below relapsed in the short period easily after radiotherapy the apoptosis cytological exponent of cancer cell by cytoscopy can be one target of judgement prognosis
