摘要
应用1um切片标本油镜观察方法及透射电镜对约氏疟原虫尼日利亚亚种在斯氏按蚊体内的卵囊发育过程及时属囊的形态结构作了观察描述。该种疟原虫卵囊为成孢子细胞的形成开始于卵囊披膜下出现许多液泡,随着液泡延伸到卵囊胞质中,使胞质再分裂,并与已分裂的核形成成孢子细胞。子孢子芽从成孢子细胞体表面长出,逐渐发育为子孢子。一般附属囊发育正常,但与所附着的卵囊发育不同步,多数发育较慢,少数较快,并可见形成晚期成孢子细胞,而其子孢子芽数量较少,可能与附属囊较小,营养不足有关。
The morphological and struetural characteristics of developing cocyst satellite cyst of Plasmodium yoelii nigeriensis in Anopheles dirus had been observed with the transmission electron microscopy and oil emersion microscopy for lμm section stained with Giemsa's solution. The sporoblast formation began with the appearance of vacuoles just beneath the oocyst capsule this followed by the subdivision of the cytoplasm, and sporoblast for mation. The next stage was indicated by budding of sPoroblast wilh the development of sporozoite. The satellite cysts were always developing normally, The satellite cysts could form late stage of sporoblast in the 7 day-oocyst, Most of the satellite cysts developed more slowly and the number of sporozoite buis also were fewer than that of their attaching oocysts.
