摘要
以BALB/c小鼠为试验材料,在其半纯合日粮中添加了粮食和药材饲喂的洋虫粉。分析了日粮中添加洋虫粉对小鼠的健康状况、体质量变化及血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活力的影响。结果表明,试验期42日龄内小鼠行为活泼,粪便正常,无一例死亡;增重试验发现,42日龄内粮食组雌性小鼠体质量比对照提高了13%,雄性小鼠体质量提高了16%。药材组雌性小鼠比对照组体质量提高了18%,雄性小鼠体质量提高了27%,表明BALB/c小鼠日粮中添加洋虫粉能促进小鼠的生长,且作用明显,尤其以药材组的效果最好;血清检测发现,粮食组、药材组洋虫粉饲喂的小鼠血清中POD活力单位分别比对照提高了23.8%和32.2%,而SOD的活力则比对照提高了50%,表明洋虫的确具有明显的药用活性,日粮中添加洋虫粉后,小鼠血清的SOD、POD的活力得到了大幅度的提高。洋虫粉在一定程度上促进了小白鼠的生长发育,并起到了抗氧化和延缓衰老的作用。
An experiment was conducted to study the effects of semi-purified diets supplemented with powder of Martianus dermestoides fed with foodstuff or medicinal herbs on the growth of BALB/c mice. Health status,body weight change,activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and vitality of peroxidase (POD) in the serum of experimental mice were analyzed. Within the 42-day trial period,the mice behavior and faeces were normal,and no mouse died. Compared with the control group,the body weight of female and male mice from the foodstuff group increased by 13% and 16%,while that from the medicinal herbs group increased by 18% and 27%,respectively. It shows that diets supplemented with M. dermestoides powder can obviously promote the growth of BALB/c mice,especially the diet supplemented with power of M. dermestoides fed with medicinal herbs. POD activity in mice from the medicinal herbs group and foodstuff group increased by 23.8% and 32.2%,respectively,while SOD activity both increased by 50%,indicating that M. dermestoides has obvious medicinal activity. Diet containing M. dermestoides powder can significantly increase SOD and POD activities in the serum of mice. To a certain degree,powder of M. dermestoides can promote the development of mice and has anti-oxidation and anti-aging effects.
