摘要
木材具有的多R特性与环境保护的"4R"守则有着紧密的关系,木材作为工业和生活用材比同种用途的其它材料彰显固碳减排、低碳节能的优越性。论述了木材储碳的延伸与低碳加工的必然,提出须用"低碳经济"的理念、低碳科学理论与技术,重新审视以往的木材工业发展沿革、技术和生产状况,查找与"低碳技术"、"低碳产业"水平的差距,规划、设计和创新我国的木材工业。顺应"低碳经济"之路发展木材工业是时代进步的必然,加强木材工业的低碳工艺和节能减排的一体化研究和综合实施,将会卓有成效地推动木材工业的发展进程。
The 3R characteristics ( reduce,reuse and recycle) of wood are closely allied to the"4R"regulation ( reduction at the source,reuse,recycling and recovery of resources from waste) in environmental protection. When used in industrial and living areas,wood holds more advantages than the other materials in carbon fixation and low carbon emissions,as well as energy-saving. This paper discusses the extension of the carbon sequestration nature of wood,and its inevitable transition towards low-carbon processing. Simultaneously,it advocates to reexamine the past history of wood industrial development,the technology and production status,and find the gaps with"low carbon technology"and"low carbon industry", and more important,to plan,design and innovate the China wood industry using the"low-carbon economy"idea and related scientific theories and technologies. Be conforming to the times,to develop the"low-carbon economy"in China wood industry is an inevitable progress. The research and comprehensive implementation of low-carbon processing and energy savings in wood industry will fruitfully promote the development of China wood industries.
