摘要
图书馆是社会文化建设的基础设施,由于受目前观念、体制及资金等问题的影响,图书馆的发展已陷入窘境。在国内外文化产业发展方兴未艾之时,在我国市场经济体制的条件下,应转变观念、改革文化管理体制、扩大图书馆的融资渠道发展图书馆文化产业,发挥出图书馆在当今社会应该具有的作用。
Library is an infrastructure of social culture development. However, library development has run into slump because of the issues of the old concept and system and shortage of funds. However, li brary culture industry should be developed by change of the old concept, reform of cultural management system and enlargement of its financing channels at the time with the advent of the great development of culture industry at home and abroad and with the fulfillment of our market economy system to bring the due role of library in the present society into full play.
