摘要
在自来水消毒后往往会有微量有毒氯酸盐、溴酸盐带入。采用离子色谱方法测定自来水中ClO3-、BrO3-。采用Shodex IC SI-52 4E阴离子分离柱;3.6 mmol/L碳酸钠为淋洗液;流速为0.7 mL/min;进样量20μl;可在1 h内同时分离ClO3-、BrO3-两种阴离子。结果表明:两种离子线性范围均为9.4~1 000μg/L;相关系数在0.998 0以上;BrO3-,ClO3-的检出限分别为:8.4μg/L,4.1μg/L;加标回收率在89.0%~99.0%之间。该方法灵敏度高、重现性好、选择性高,可应用于实际水样的测定。
After running water disinfection there are the micro virulent chlorate and bromate to lead.By the ion chromatograph method the running water ClO3-,BrO3-were determined.The method was taker with an anion exchange column Shodex IC SI-52 4E as separation column,and 3.6mmol/L sodium carbonates as eluent.The flow rate was 0.7 mL/min,the specimen handling quantity was 20 μl;Coseparation the ClO3-and BrO3-were separated within 1.0 h.The detection limits of BrO3-,ClO3-were: 8.4 μg/L,4.1 μg/L.The recoveries of BrO3-,ClO3-were 89.0% ~ 108.0%.The proposed method was sensitive,accurate and highly selective.Thus it can be used for the determination of by-products in the real water samples.
