摘要
目的介绍一种钛钢椎体融合器(TFC)治疗腰椎峡部裂和滑脱症的新方法。方法采用前入路或后入路,置入椎体融合器治疗腰椎峡部裂和滑脱症7例。结果术后随访3~8个月,所有融合器没有发生移位。疗效优5例,良1例,可1例。结论椎体融合器置入腰椎体间,具有操作安全、固定可靠、融合率高、能维持椎间高度和对腰椎的正常生理活动范围干扰小等优点。
Objective To introduce threaded titanuim fusion cage (TFC) for the treatment of lumbar spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis. Methods The implants were installed by anterior or posterior approach in 7 patients with spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis. Results The patients were followed up for 3 ̄8 months. No TFC became displaced or dislodged after implantation. 5 cases were graded in excellent, 1 good, and 1 fair. Conclusion The threaded titanium fusion cage implant method possesses the advantages of safe procedure, reliable fixation, high fusion rate, and maintenance of disk height and making little sacrefices of lumbar motion ranges.
