摘要
通过对公理设计理论(AD)和发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)的主要内容进行分析和研究,指出在概念设计中二者各自存在着一定的局限性和二者之间存在互补性。利用二者在概念设计中存在的互补性,建立了概念设计过程模型,总结提出AD理论中耦合问题的4种分类属性,根据不同的属性分类,用不同的TRIZ工具进行解耦合。最后应用此概念设计模型创新性地设计和试制了一种新型立体车库样机,表明了此概念设计过程模型应用的可行性。
Through analyzing and studying the main content of the axiomatic design(AD) and the theory of inventive problem solving(TRIZ),the paper indicates certain limitation which exists separately in both concept design and the complementarity of both.The existing complementarity of the both concept design is used to establish the concept design process model,and the paper summarizes and proposes four kinds of categorical attributes of the coupled problem in AD theory,then different TRIZ tools are used to uncouple according to different attribute categories.Finally,a new stereoscopic garage sample is designed and developed by using the concept design model,which demonstrates the feasibility of the concept design process model's application.
