摘要 在某车型前期开发中,引入"分析驱动设计"的理念,建立了隐式全参数化白车身模型,并根据整车的空间布置,设定了车身架构关键参数的有效变化范围;通过试验设计建立近似模型,分析了白车身架构关键参数对刚度、模态和被动安全性的影响;最后进行整车优化,获得了满足刚度、模态和被动安全性能等多学科性能要求的前期白车身架构。 A concept of "analysis leads design" is introduced in the early phase of a new car development,an implicit parametric model for its body-in-white(BIW) is built,and the effective range of key parameters of BIW structure is defined based on the spatial layout of vehicle.A surrogate model is created through the design of experiment,and the effects of key parameters of BIW structure on the stiffness,vibration modes and passive safety are analyzed.Finally vehicle simulation is conducted and an early phase BIW structure meeting the requirements of multidisciplinary performances(stiffness,vibration modes and passive safety) is obtained.
