摘要 目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)与P糖蛋白(P-gp)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学染色法检测60例乳腺癌组织和10例正常乳腺组织中COX-2与P-gp蛋白的表达情况。结果 60例乳腺癌组织中COX-2表达阳性率为56.7%(34/60),P-gp表达阳性率为38.3%(23/60);COX-2和P-gp均与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),乳腺癌组织中COX-2与P-gp表达呈正相关(r=0.413,P<0.01),10例正常乳腺组织中无COX-2与P-gp蛋白的表达。结论 COX-2可能对多药耐药基因编码产物P-gp表达增高有影响,从而介导了乳腺癌多药耐药的产生。 Objective To explore the significance of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and P-glycoprotein (P-gp) expression in blest cancer. Methods The expressions of COX-2 and P-gp were'detected by immunohistochemistry in 60 cases of breast cancer tissue and 10 eases of normal breast tissue. Results The positive rate of COX-2 expression was 56.7% and the positive rate of P-gp was 38.3% in breast cancer and no expression in 10 cases of normal breast tissue. Conclution The expression of COX-2 significantly correlates with P-glycoprotein. COX-2 might play a crucial role in mediation of multi- drug-resistance in breast cancer.
