摘要
对公立医院一线管理者角色进行了阐述,阐明了一线管理者的角色和作用。提出促进一线管理者角色转变的建议,即重新制定岗位职责、建立激励机制、突出"发动机"作用和成为出色指挥员等。
The paper described the role of first - line managers in public hospitals and explained the effect of front - line managers. Furthermore, the paper provided proposal of promotion on changing role of line managers ~ which included re - enacting their duties, establishing an incentive mechanism, highlighting the ＂engine＂ role and becoming an excellent commander, etc.
