摘要
实验发现,3,4-二羟基苯甲酸与铈(Ⅳ)在酸性介质中产生弱化学发光反应,奎宁存在能增强此发光,由此建立了化学发光法测定微量3,4-二羟基苯甲酸的新方法。该方法的线性范围为8.0×10-7~1.0×10-4mol/L,检出限为5.0×10-8,对8.0×10-6mol/L的3,4-二羟基苯甲酸进行11次测定的相对偏差为3.0%。该法应用于测定汉江水中加入的3,4-二羟基苯甲酸,结果令人满意。
Chemiluminescence reaction between 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(DHBA)and cerium (Ⅳ)in the presence of quinine as an enhancer was investigated.A chemiluminescence method coupled to flow injection technique for the determination of DHBA was developed.The linear range for DHBA was from 8.0×10^-7 to 1.0×10^-4 mol/L with a detection limit of 5.0×10^-7 mol/L.The relative standard deviation was 3.0%for 8.0×10^-6 mol/L DHBA in 11repeated measurements.The method has been used for the determination of DHBA in water of Hanjiang river with satisfactory results.
