摘要 提出了一种运用可靠度理论中的改进一次二阶矩法和有限元分析相结合的方法,并以转向架结构为对象,对构架侧梁关注部位进行了可靠度分析.分析考虑了结构、材料及外载荷的随机离散性,给出了结构的可靠度指标,同时通过各随机变量的灵敏度分析,给出了它们对结构设计与制造可靠性的影响程度. A method is put forward which combines the modified first order second moment method(MFOSM) of reliability theory and finite element method in the research.Based on a case study of the bogie framework,the reliability of the concerned part of the side beam is analyzed.The stochastic properties of materials,geometry and loads are considered in this study.The reliability index is obtained by iterating calculation.Further,the sensitivity indexes of reliability index with respect to the random variables are analyzed and the extent of the impact to structure design and manufacture reliability can be obtained.
