摘要
介绍一种航天级小型步进电机控制与驱动电路的设计。设计选用80C32E单片机做为控制单元,软件编程产生4相8拍相序脉冲,控制电机转动。驱动部分采用双MOSFET管串联,以防止单点失效。设计结构紧凑、用件少、体积小。试验表明设计简单、实用、可靠,满足航天要求。
Introduce the control and drive circuit design of a kind of small-sized stepper motor used in spaceflight.Choose the single-chip microcontroller 80C32E to be main control unit,programming produce four-phase and eight-step sequence pulses,control stepper motor to turn.Drive uses two MOSFETs that is series connected,in order to prevent single device becoming invalid.The structure of the design is compact,devices use less,small size.Experiment shows that the design is simple,practical,reliable and satisfies spaceflight requirement.
