摘要
介绍了一种民用飞机复合材料智能敲击检测系统的设计原理。在MATLAB环境下对敲击信号进行小波分解和去噪,通过对比选取不同的小波函数和阈值时得到的去噪结果,选取最优的小波函数和阈值进行分解和去噪,获得了较好的信号波形,验证了智能敲击检测系统对分层和裂纹两类复合材料主要损伤的辨识能力,同时提高了智能敲击检测系统的精度。
This paper introduces design principle of an intelligent coin-tap test system of aircraft composite structure.We use wavelet decomposition and de-noising to process Coin-tap signals under the environment of MATLAB,contrast the result of different wavelet functions and threshold values,select the best wavelet function and threshold value to process the Coin-tap signals,and get the better signal waveform,Which.validate the distinguish function of the Intelligent Coin-tap Test System to lamination and crack of airplane composite structure,and improves test precision.
