摘要 工学结合,既是一种教育理念,又是一种教育模式。高职教育的工学结合是通过发挥高职院校与实际部门在人才培养方面的各自优势,共同提高学生的操作技能与职业素养的一种教育模式。它是高职教育培养技能型、应用型人才的有效方式之一,具有社会性、公益性和风险性的特点。由于政府、社会和学校等多种因素导致我国工学结合机制的缺失,致使我国高职教育开展工学结合的教学模式存在诸多困难,影响了高职院校人才培养的质量。为此,要以各级政府为主导,构建工学结合的社会体系;以行业协会为依托,构建工学结合的保障机制;以高职院校为主体,构建工学结合的运行机制。 Work-integrated learning is not only a kind of educational concept,but also an educational model.The work-integrated learning of higher vocational education is an educational model by giving play to the separate advantages of both higher vocational colleges and the actual departments in the aspect of talent cultivation to improve the operating ability as well as their vocational quality,which is one of the efficient methods to cultivate skilled and application type talents,with the characters of sociality,public interest and risk.The factors like the government,society and colleges cause the shortcomings of our work-integrated learning system,which produce lots of difficulties in the above work-integrated learning teaching model,affecting the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,we should establish the work-integrated learning social system with the core lead of governments at all levels;then we should build up the work-integrated learning guarantee system with the industrial support;and construct the work-integrated learning running system with the subject of the higher vocational colleges.
