摘要
针对感性研究中KE模型多为一维变量表达模式,造成研究结果在感性设计阶段几乎没有价值的现状,提出了面向感性工学领域构建多维变量表达KE模型的思想.首先在完形理论指导下,以人机界面元件为立足点逐层分析了解构的总体步骤,提出了一种获取多维造型特征的产品形态解构方法,并以MP4为例解构出54个人机界面元件.再运用多元线性回归技术构建出多维变量表达的KE模型.最后通过模型的情感预测值与验证实验值的比较,证实了提出的解构方法适用于感性研究领域,能优化KE模型的性能,使模型在感性设计阶段具有实际应用价值.此外,提出的解构方法可用于其他有形产品,对产品相关研究具有参考价值.
Since in kansei research the kansei engineering(KE) model belongs to one-dimensional variable expression which results in almost no value of research findings in the kansei design phase,a KE model of multi-dimensional variable expression to construct in the field of kansei engineering is proposed.Based on gestalt theory and human-machine interface elements,overall procedures of deconstruction are analyzed and a product deconstruction method is proposed to obtain multi-dimensional feature modeling.Taking MP4 as an example,54 human-machine interface elements are deconstructed.Then the KE model of multi-dimensional variables is constructed by adopting multiple linear regressions.Finally,the comparison analysis of the emotional predicted values and the verified experimental values proves that the deconstruction method is suitable for the Kansei research field.It is also shown that the deconstruction method can optimize the performance of the KE model,and makes it with practical value in kansei design phase.The deconstruction method can also be applied to researches regarding other tangible products.
