摘要
随着外科领域"微创"理念的深入,腹腔镜技术在临床上应用不断发展,其在妊娠期的推广应用也逐步开展起来。妊娠不再是腹腔镜手术的禁忌证,而二氧化碳气腹的建立是进行妊娠期腹腔镜的关键之一。甲状腺激素的变化情况对妊娠子代的影响尤为显著,所以探讨二氧化碳气腹对妊娠期甲状腺激素的影响,将对今后腹腔镜技术在妊娠期的使用提供更多重要的理论依据。现就二氧化碳气腹对妊娠期甲状腺激素影响的研究进行综述。
Due to the prevailing concept of minimally invasive surgery,the clinical application of laparoscopy continues developing,which has been widely used during pregnancy,not a contraindication to laparoscopy any more.However,the establishment of CO2 pneumoperitoneum is one of the critical steps.The changes in thyroid hormone during pregnancy has a more evident effect on offspring.As a result,exploring the effects of CO2 pneumoperitoneum on thyroid hormone during pregnancy will provide more important theoretical basis for the application of laparoscopy in pregnant patients.This paper reviews the researches regarding the effects of CO2 pneumoperitoneum on thyroid hormone during pregnancy.
