微波与超临界CO_2萃取联用提取橘皮精油的研究 被引量:11

摘要 [目的]改变橘皮精油传统提取方法中的不足,为橘皮精油的进一步开发利用提供理论基础,也为橘皮的综合利用提供新途径。[方法]采用超临界CO2萃取与微波处理技术相结合萃取橘皮精油,就萃取时间、萃取压力、萃取温度和CO2流量等对橘皮精油提取率有较大影响的因素进行了探讨,并采用正交试验对试验方案进行了优化。[结果]影响橘皮精油得率的因素顺序为萃取时间>萃取压力>萃取温度>CO2流量;当萃取时间为20 min、萃取压力为9.0 MPa、萃取温度为40℃和CO2流量为20 L/h时,精油的平均得率为2.08%。GC-MS的分析结果表明:橘皮精油中柠檬烯的含量最大,为55.65%,D柠-檬烯和β-松油烯次之,含量分别为6.12%和5.48%。[结论]采用微波与超临界CO2萃取联用技术提取橘皮精油,萃取时间短,得率高,精油质量佳。 [Objective] The theoretic basis and new approach of the development and utilization of essential oil of orange peel was provided through the improvement of the traditional technique of its extraction.[Method] The extraction time,pressure,temperature and CO2 flux and other factors affecting the extraction efficiency in the method of microwave and supercritical CO2 the extract of essential oil from orange peel was discussed and the extracting process was optimized with the orthogonal experiment.[Results] The results showed that the order of the factors affecting the extracting rate was the extraction time the extraction pressure the extraction temperature CO2 flux.The average yield of essential oil was 2.08% as the extraction time was 20 minutes,the extraction pressure was 9 MPa,the extraction temperature was 40 °C and CO2 flux was 20 L/h.The analysis of GC-MS indicated that the content of limonene was the largest in the essential oil,which was 55.65%;D-limonene and β-terpinene was the second,which were 6.12% and 5.48%,separately.[Conclusion] The character of the technique in the extract of essential oil was short time-consuming,high-yield and good-quality.
