摘要
分析F型π桥液阻网络为先导回路的溢流阀的工作原理,用AMESim中的HCD库对其进行建模仿真,分析液阻参数对其稳态特性的影响,得出在不同液阻下3种不同的压力流量曲线,表明在稳态调压偏差为正或为零时,F型π桥溢流阀具有较好的动态特性。
The working principle of F-π bridge pilot hydraulic resistances network when it acted as relief valve of leading loop was analyzed.The HCD database of AMESim was used to build the model of the F-π bridge relief valve, and the influences of hydraulic resistances parameters on steady-state characteristics were analyzed. 3 different pressure-flow curves were obtained. The simulation results show that when the deviation of the steady-state voltage regulator is positive or zero, F-π bridge relief valve has good dynamic characteristics.
