摘要
为提高硅压阻式传感器在宽温区上的精度,利用传感器高精度智能修补芯片ZMD31050,开发出一套智能化数字补偿系统,将传感器及其外围器件抽象为数学多项式,通过多项式拟合来消除误差,介绍了该系统的硬件组成,通信协议和软件设计。实验结果表明,该系统数据传输稳定,生产效率高,可满足硅压阻式传感器小批量智能修补。
A smart digital compensation system based on ZMD31050,which was a chip used to the precise smart compensation for sensors,was developed for enhancing the precision of piezoresistive sensors on condition of wide temperature range.Sensor and its peripheral devices was abstracted as mathematical polynomial by polynomial fitting to eliminate the error.Its principle and features,the hardware,communication protocol and software of the system was introduced.The experiment results show that the system has the features of stable data transmission and production efficiency which can reach the requirement for the small quantities smart compensation of piezoresistive sensors.
