摘要
油气管道工程在设计、施工、运营、回收等全生命周期过程中存在各类风险。文中主要探讨了基于全生命周期的油气管道工程风险评估的基本概念,建立了全生命周期油气管道工程风险评估系统的总体框架,探讨了油气管道工程在不同生命周期阶段的风险控制准则以及风险识别和评估的方法,研究了损失模型、风险概率模型和多目标风险决策模型,有利于有效预防风险,或在灾害事故发生后合理确定损坏程度,以及制定消减或控制风险的对策。
The basic concept and primary research content of the evaluation of defects based on a full life-cycle is discussed.The advance of evaluation of defects of oil and gas pipeline based on the full life-cycle is necessary.Risks are always involved in the life cycle of bridge during the design,construction,service and recovery stages.This dissertation presents a frame of oil and gas pipeline risk assessment and decision-making methodology.The ALARP criterion,utility function,public safety and muliti-objective optimization method of oil and gas pipeline risk assessment are investigated in detail.The systematic procedure of risk assessment and decision-making of oil and gas pipeline engineering is illustrated,with an objective to minimize the fatality and risk of economic losses.
