摘要
整体中空夹层复合材料作为一种新型结构的三维机织复合材料,有着广阔的应用前景。本文选取了同一规格的"8"字型中空织物,对其进行复合,根据芯材倾角不同,选取了5种不同倾角的试样件进行平压性能测试。结果表明,相同规格的复合材料的抗压性能和弹性模量均随芯材倾角θ的减小而减小,且当θ<(70±3)°时,材料的抗压性能大幅度下降;另外,芯材的破坏形式与倾角θ有密切关系,θ在(70±3)°以下时的曲线形态与其在(70±3)°以上时的曲线形态有着明显差异。
As a kind of three-dimensional structure of the new woven composites,integrated hollow core sandwich composite panels have broad prospects."8" shape hollow fabrics with same specification had been chosen in this paper,which were consolidated with epoxy resin.Based on different core angles,the paper selected five kinds of specimens and tested their flatwise compression.The results show that,with core angles increasing,the compressive properties and flexibility modulus of composites rise.The damage forms of the core have close relationship with core angle "θ".The curve shape shows obvious difference between θ below and over(70±3)°.
