运用LCA方法研究稀土Nd-Fe-B永磁体生产的环境负荷 被引量:4

摘要 随着稀土Nd-Fe-B产品需求量不断攀升,稀土材料制备过程带来的环境问题日趋严重。运用LCA方法研究稀土Nd-Fe-B生产工艺的环境污染状况。结论表明:生产1t的稀土Nd-Fe-B永磁体环境负荷指数为70.286mPE,环境负荷主要来源于灰尘(62.354mPE),占总量的88.7%。 As the output of rare earth Nd-Fe-B production increased,the pollution caused by producing tombarthite production became worse.Through an analysis of the production environmental impact of Nd-Fe-B permanent-magnets with LCA,the results showed that environmental impact load was 70.286mPE for 1 ton of Nd-Fe-B permanent-magnets.The environmental load was derived mainly from dust which was 62.354mPE and accounts for 88.7% of the total load.
