拉米夫定来氟米特和中药联合治疗乙型肝炎病毒相关性膜性肾病的临床研究 被引量：1

摘要 乙型肝炎病毒相关性膜性肾病（HBV-MN）是乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎中最常见的病理类型,国内目前尚无规范化和有效的治疗方案,尤其对于乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）存在复制以及肝功能异常的患者，激素大多不敏感，且有促进病毒复制、加重肝脏损害的可能。本研究对经肾活检确诊为HBV—MN的18例患者采用拉米夫定、来氟米特和中药联合治疗，取得一定疗效，且不良反应较小，现报告如下。
