摘要
改革开放以来,产业升级和技术进步一直是理论界和实践界关注的焦点。长期以来,我国在产业和技术上已形成了结构性缺陷,即产业上陷于全球产业价值链的低端不能上移、技术上也处于核心元件技术和关键制造技术缺失的空心化状态。需要打破产业和技术上路径依赖的结构性缺陷,在构建起完整产业链的基础上逐步形成自己的产业技术链。本文在产业技术链概念界定的基础上,分析了产业技术链及其升级的发展模式,并以我国电视机产业发展作为佐证。
Since the reform and opening up,industrial upgrading and technological progress have become the focus concerned by the circle of theory and practice.For a long time,China has formed a structural defect in industry and technology： industries are at the lower end of the global industrial value chain,and core component technologies and key manufacturing technologies are in a hollowed state.We need to break the path-dependent structural defect in industries and technologies and gradually form our own chain of industrial technology on the basis of building up a complete industrial chain.Based on defining the concept of industrial technology chain,this paper analyzes the industrial technology chain and the development model of its upgrading by taking China＇s TV industry as an example.
