摘要
脑是甲状腺激素(TH)作用的主要靶器官之一,尤其是在脑的发育阶段。胚胎期是脑发育的关键阶段,在这一阶段,胎儿脑的发育在不同阶段分别受母体与胎儿TH的单独及双重作用,其机制较为复杂,到目前为止,仍有很多问题尚未解决。近十几年,在这一领域的研究取得了巨大进展,对很多以前存在争议的问题提出了新解释。本文主要基于这些近展,对甲状腺的组织学来源、TH的分泌调控,特别是TH在胚胎期脑内的变化及其对脑发育的影响作简单阐述。
Brain is one of the target organs of thyroid hormones(TH).TH plays a crucial role during all stages of brain development.Embryonic phase is of great importance to brain development.In this phase,the maternal and fetal TH act independently or together on fetal brain at different stages.During the last decade our understanding of the complex role of TH in embryonic brain development has increased and contributed to resolving previously discordant hypotheses.In this review,we addressed the thyroid histology and endocrinology,and the role of maternal and fetal TH in embryonic brain development.
